At Baja we take great pride in sourcing excellent 100% agave tequila from the Jalisco state of Mexico, the home of bona fide tequila. Sip, rather than shoot our tequilas through the course of your meal. Blanco (white) to cleanse the palate, reposado (rested) to accompany the vibrant food and anejo (aged) to sip like a fine single malt whisky.

We offer special seasonal cocktails to enjoy with our food, ranging from pomegranate margaritas to blueberry mojitos.
